Job Description

We are looking for a talented Industrial Automation Engineer with expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, SERVO and VFD systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency. As an Industrial Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of automation projects, from conception through implementation and support.

Technical responsibilities:

• Design, program, and test PLC, SCADA, HMI, SERVO, and VFD systems for various industrial applications.
• Develop and implement control strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, wiring diagrams, and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct site assessments and provide technical support during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial automation technologies and best practices.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as an Industrial Automation Engineer with a focus on PLC, SCADA, HMI, SERVO, and VFD systems.
• Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
• Experience with SCADA systems (e.g.,IConics, Labview, Zenon, FTView SE, WinCC ).
• Proficiency in various programming languages, like ladder logic, FBD, Structured Text
• Knowledge of SQL DB
• Sound experience with SERVO and VFD application and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Worked with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and related reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Preferred to have experience with robotic systems and servo motion control.
• Good to have knowledge of IoT and Industry 4.0 concepts.

Education Criteria:

• B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation and Control, Electronics and Communication, Electrical and Mechatronics or a related field
