Hydro automation
The Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machines are used to find out the resistance to an internal pressure of R-PVC, C-PVC, U-PVC, MDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, Pipes, Fittings, and Valves as per IS, BS, ASTM, and many other equivalent standards.
The computerized machine is suitable for many applications such as GAS pipes, Hose Pipes, and for the organizations with quality and quantity manufacturing base of the products.
We provide complete computerized automation of the Hydrostatic testing machine using a Control Box and high-end computer desktop software. Refer to this video of our automated controller and software operation of the Hydro machine.
We provide customization of Software and Controller with white labeling for our OEM customers to use their branding. We support up to 8 channel pressure testing in a single Software and 8 controllers.
